SENIOR SYSTEM ANALYSTS/SYSTEM ANALYSTS (CONTRACT 1 YEAR)

We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated to join our IT team to provide effective IT assistance to our business users by resolving any IT related applications usage and technical issues efficiently, including a board range of queries within the business operating system.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and managing ticketing applications using Java, Internet and related technologies. He/she will assist in the development of the system’s functionality and establish specific system solutions to ensure that business requirements under the application group are met.

Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent
  • Preferably with 4-8 years of experience in Front-End web design and development
  • Good understanding and knowledge of Front End technologies (Java, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap)
  • Experience in using new Javascript frameworks like React JS or Angular JS for client-side applications

APPLICATION SUPPORT PROGRAMMERS (CONTRACT 1 YEAR)

We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated to join our IT team to provide effective IT assistance to our business users by resolving any IT related applications usage and technical issues efficiently, including a board range of queries within the business operating system.

Job Responsibilities:

The individual will involve in the following areas of responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st level troubleshooting of applications usage, cause of applications defect and data related issues to internal and external customers including agents
  • Assist in resolving technical issues and follow-up on cases to ensure problems are resolved
  • Escalate incident or problem cases to the Team Leader or Manager when necessary
  • Track and ensure service levels for technical support are constantly met
  • Able to standby on weekends to provide support to customers
  • Support and handle incident calls related to IT software/hardware applications, i.e. printer and equipment interface to POS system


Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent
  • Preferably with 1 – 2 years related experience in software application support
  • Fresh Diploma holders are welcome to apply
  • Knowledge in Java, PHP, SQL, Unix, HTML, JS, CSS, JSP
  • Good understanding of standard SLA practices with the ability to track issues effectively

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated to join our Finance team to provide effective assistance to our business users.

You will be required to work closely with our Finance team and be responsible for Accounts Receivables or Accounts Payables including month-end closing.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare event settlement and issue appropriate invoice/credit notes for approval
  • Follow up on any outstanding amounts due
  • Prepare payment processing via the issuance of cheques/bank transfers and maintaining the cashbook
  • Perform month-end closing including bank reconciliation and accrual of unpaid invoices


Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with 1 year relevant working experience

Quality Assurance
QA Engineer

We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated to join our Quality Assurance team to ensure that our software products are delivered with good quality through execution of the various types of testing. He/she will be involved in the planning, designing, documenting, executing of the test plans/cases and preparing all test reports. He/she will also need to write test automations and execute them.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Review and develop comprehensive test plans and cases including the setting up of clients’ test environment
  • Write automated scripts for testing web applications
  • Perform thorough automated/manual testing during various phases of the Software Development Lifecycle
  • Coordinate and work with the development team closely to setup a robust process flow for continuous integration
  • Track and monitor defects status to ensure issues are fixed in a timely manner
  • Support software release into production


Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Preferably 1 - 2 years in Software QA
  • Relevant experience in automation tools like Selenium, OOP (Java)
  • Good knowledge and understanding of QA processes
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

  • Review the Requirements Specifications from users to understand the system and identify testing requirements.
  • Develop the test cases based on the requirements
  • Execute the tests while maintaining proper documentations
  • Analyze results, troubleshoot bugs and follow up with IT developers to ensure all errors are fixed

  • Plan, manage and execute ticketing operations projects such as F1, Airshows at multi sites.
  • Supervise and motivate team members in delivering projects requirement, department performance and KPI.
  • Recruitment of manpower, logistic planning and training team members to support operations.
  • Implement best practices and setting up of ticketing procedures, system upgrades and other initiatives. Ensuring governance and compliance through procedures and prudent checks
  • Reconciliation of daily/monthly reconciliation of sales to ensure that all transactions are appropriately processed.
  • Participate in continuous process improvement projects and initiatives achieve the efficiency and profitability in the organization
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Studies or any discipline
  • Preferably 3 years’ experience in supervisory roles in events operations or customer service operations environment.
  • Must be meticulous, with the ability to plan and organize work flow
  • A strong team player with good verbal & written communications skill
  • Able to commit on evening and weekends during events
